| We have well over 600,000 products available. With so many products to choose from, putting them all on the website would be overwhelming. We have selected a variety of products to give you ideas of what we have. |

| Can I put my logo anywhere on the product? |
| It depends on the product. In most cases there are a couple of options available for imprinting or embroidery. |

| Can we order products without a logo? |
| Yes. Ordering blank goods is not a problem. |

| If we don’t know what product we want for our company function, can a Brash representative assist us? |
| Yes! This is one of our representatives favorite jobs. With the opportunity to work with your company and with the large variety of products we know what product will have the most impact for your company’s bbq, golf tournament or fundraising event. |

| How long does it take to get an order? |
| Depending on what product is ordered, quantity, stock availability and number of colors in the imprint, the production times vary. We aim for 7-10 business days, busier times of the year the production time is between 15-20 days. We do offer a rush service on items as you may need the product the next day, 2 days or for a 5 day service. A rush charge of 10% may be added for the service. |

| Why is there a set up charge for my logo? |
| To customize each product with your logo there is a set up required for each process from digitizing, plates, die etc… In many cases there is no charge for a repeat order. |

If I order a couple of products with the same logo,
do I have to pay the set up for each product? |
| Working with different manufacturers they do not share the same artwork and therefore there is a separate set up for each. Even if ordering from the same manufacture the products have different imprinting methods and sizes leaving the set up charge still applicable. |

I don’t need the minimum amount listed on your website.
Is it possible to order less? |
| Depending on the manufacturer of the product you can order half of the minimum order, however there is a surcharge for the service. In most cases it is recommended to order the minimum quantity because the difference between the surcharge and the amount of product you will be receiving balances out in your favor. |

Why does the price include the logo on the
hard products but not on garments? |
| With garments there are many ways to decorate one product from a large front embroidered logo to a small simple logo on the sleeve to a 6 color screen print. All of these methods are extremely different in cost therefore we do not include the price on garments. For hard good products there is usually 1 or 2 methods of logoing and this is done at the manufacture therefore the price includes a 1 color logo. |

We are looking for a custom product to fit out company’s slogan,
are you able do design and manufacture this for us. |
| Yes, we do a number of custom products and there are several ways of coming up with a product. First we can do modifications to the products we already have ie: color or shape. There are higher minimums that apply for this service as well as production time of approx 10-12 weeks from artwork approval. The second option for a custom product is if you have an idea in mind (you will usually have an image or picture for reference) and we can custom design it for you. The third way is to start from scratch – work with our representatives from the beginning concept of the goal you want to accomplish to a finished new product. |

| What type of artwork can I submit for logoing? |
| Artwork is needed in a vector format. The files should have one of the following extensions, eps, ai, cdr. If vector format art is not supplied the re-worked art is charged at $90.00 per hour. |

| Why is there a 5% over / under run charge on hard goods? |
| Due to the nature of the manufacturing process the manufacture reserves the right to ship orders over or under 5% the quantity ordered. If exact quantities are required please specify and add $25.00 for the order. |

| Can I get a paper proof or mock up of the product I am ordering? |
| Brash Avenues offers this service FREE of charge. If you would like a virtual mock up or paper proof please let us know and we will do one up for you. In most cases we require a paper proof with your signature on to make sure that we have all the information as you would like it to appear on the product. If you need to make any changes the paper proof / virtual sample is the time. |

Can I get a sample of the product to touch and
feel instead of looking online? |
| All samples are invoiced and credited back to you when returned within 30 days. You must send us a courier number to ship on or the shipping charges will be added to the invoice. |

Can I get 1 sample with our logo before ordering
the balance of the order? |
| In most cases we can do a pre-production sample when the full order is placed. There is a charge for this service which depends on the product from $50.-$100. plus shipping. |

| If I order 500 mugs can I have 300 in blue ink and 200 in red? |
| Yes, There is a copy / ink charge applied between $20.-$60. depending on the product. The minimum quantity of the product is required for the copy change. |

| How do I receive the order? |
| Shipping is not included in the pricing unless there is a promotion or special coupon. All orders are FOB Burlington, Ontario. Orders will be shipped the lowest ground unless there is a courier number provided or an alternate request is made. |

| What are my payment options? |
If credit is established, terms are NET 30 and you may pay by cheque. Any account not paid in full under NET 30 terms will be charged 2% per month at the discretion of Brash Avenues.
Tax exemption numbers must be provided for receipt of exemption.
Payment by Mastercard or VISA is at time of delivery (not NET 30). Adjustments and shipping charges may be billed separately. |

| Do you have a Guarantee on the products? |
| We guarantee that your order is as you requested on the order. If there is any damage or defects please contact your representative within one week of delivery and we will correct the problem asap. Customer happiness is our goal, if you are not completely satisfied please let us fix the problem. |
